In her early 20s, Chef Nat was hired for her knowledge and expertise at an award-winning restaurant serving the world’s largest cheese board, featured in the Guinness World Records Book for many years. She then moved to London (UK) to work in a Michelin two-star restaurant where she was trusted with serving the cheese trolley. This involved cutting the cheese and preparing small plates for the patrons, while informing and entertaining them with the history and tradition of each cheese.
